By accessing ListeBiosphere and the Genesis Conservatory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Simulation. This platform operates exclusively as a social casino designed for entertainment and virtual botanical research. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must disconnect from the biosphere immediately.
Zero Real-World Value Acknowledgment
ListeBiosphere is a 100% free social gaming environment. The virtual currency used here, Lumina Seeds (LMS), holds absolutely zero real-world monetary value. Lumina Seeds cannot be purchased, withdrawn, traded, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Success in our simulation modules does not imply future success in real-money gambling.
Guest and Registered Cultivator Accounts
Players may access the station via Guest Access or by creating a registered Cultivator Profile. Registered profiles allow you to save your Lumina Seeds balance and progress across different biomes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate station protocols.
Intellectual Property of the Biosphere
All visual assets, game mechanics, lore, and audio within ListeBiosphere—including the Orchid Matrix, Spore Centrifuge, and Fungal Spire—are the exclusive intellectual property of ListeBiosphere Orbital Systems Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets for personal, non-commercial entertainment within the platform.
Prohibited Matrix Manipulations
Any attempt to manipulate the simulation matrix is strictly prohibited. This includes using automated scripts, bots, exploits, or third-party software to artificially inflate Lumina Seed balances or unlock habitats. Violators will face immediate permanent expulsion from the biosphere and forfeiture of all virtual progress.
Limitation of Liability in Orbit
The simulation is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. ListeBiosphere Orbital Systems Ltd. shall not be held liable for any interruptions, data loss, or server downtime that may affect your Lumina Seeds balance or habitat progression. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the matrix.
Modification of Station Rules
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Simulation at any time. Significant changes will be broadcast to all registered cultivators via station announcements. Continued use of the biosphere following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised protocols.
Jurisdictional Authority
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (GB jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from your use of the ListeBiosphere platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
